Accounts Payable Officer

CJD Equipment has an exciting opportunity for a full-time Accounts Payable Officer to join our small AP team in South Guildford, WA.
Duties will include all aspects of Accounts Payable, as well as administrative support as required. This role will allow you to challenge your skillset and continue to learn and develop new skills.
Our successful candidate will have experience in:
- Accurately coding and processing high volume of invoices
- Preparing and processing payment runs
- Reconciling supplier accounts and resolving issues
- Strong verbal and written communication to handle internal and external queries
- Excellent presentation with a professional and friendly disposition
- A team player with the ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Computer literate with advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite
- Understanding of OH&S within an office environment
- Well-developed analytical skills
