Administration Clerk
Are you a motivated and detailed-oriented administration professional, who has experience in ensuring effective and efficient execution of all things administration?
CJD Equipment is seeking an Administration Clerk to join our Burnie team, to support the Service department in ensuring daily operations run smoothly.
This role is part-time, 25 hours per week. For the right applicant, there is flexibility in the hours structure. i.e. between school hours over 5 days or a condensed 3 day working week.
A day in the life:
- Show off your exceptional customer service skills. Take the lead on reception and meet and greet visiting customers.
- General administration and branch duties assisting the Branch Manager and Service Department.
- Processing invoices, collating timesheets and other payroll administration.
- Coordinating and booking travel as required by staff.
- Ensuring compliance with policy systems and procedures.
Role requirements:
- Must have a great attitude towards work and excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
- Know your way around Microsoft Office and general computer skills.
- Construction Equipment/Truck/Automotive industry experience would definitely be a bonus.
- Attention to detail and the ability to juggle several tasks at one time.
- Current drivers’ licence is preferred.
