Field Service Technician – Residential Role – Geraldton
CJD Equipment is seeking a Field Service Technician skilled in Construction Equipment to join our Geraldton Branch. This is a full-time position, responsible for providing exceptional on-site services and support to our customers in both Geraldton and surrounding areas.
This opportunity is offered as a residential role only.
Day to day duties:
- Service, maintenance and repairs on construction equipment
- Working with and diagnosing electrical and hydraulic systems
- Supporting the main workshop with road transport equipment when required
- Maintaining records of all service work and parts usage
- Complying with customer, company and site safety polices and requirements
Requirements for the role:
- Qualified Heavy Duty Technician
- Confidence to work independently, but also work well in a team environment
- Volvo Construction Equipment or similar experience is an advantage
- Dogging and Rigging qualification also an advantage
- A current HR Licence
- Experience using factory computer systems
- Ability to pass mine site requirements to access customer equipment
- Ability to travel and stay remotely if required
