Field Service Technician – Tralalgon VIC

We are seeking an experienced FST to work across the Gippsland region of Vic, providing service and supporting to our regional customers.

CJD Equipment is an Australian owned company with over 44 years of providing outstanding service and support to our customers.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a talented Field Service Technician to join the team at CJD. This role will provide you with the opportunity to continue to build and develop your skills and knowledge whilst being supported by our team in Melbourne.

Ideally you would be based in the Traralgon / Latrobe Valley and be able to work as a resident fitter, supplying service support and repairs to our growing number of customers within the Gippsland region.

To be successful, you will need to be able to demonstrate excellent diagnostic, technical and communication skills as you will be responsible for booking work in, dealing with customers and performing the required work on sites.

You will need to be trade qualified and previous experience in construction / earthmoving equipment would be highly regarded.

To be considered for this role you will need to be able to demonstrate:

  • a commitment to abide by all company and client HSE policies & procedures
  • exceptional customer service skills
  • experience with computer-based service diagnostic programs / parts catalogues
  • excellent planning, time management and organisational skills
  • general computer skills
  • MR / HR license
