Kenworth & DAF Trucks – Product Support

CJD Trucks WA, is on the lookout for a Kenworth & DAF Trucks – Product Support Person to join our Forrestfield Dealership to help support our customers across Western Australia.
Primary Objective
Working with top-of-the-line brands Kenworth and DAF Trucks (PACCAR), you will be supporting customers in a wide range of industries, from large corporations to small independent business owners.
Requirements for the role:
- Seek and establish strong relationship with existing and new customers.
- Carryout customer visits, identify customer concerns and act as a problem solver to attain customer satisfaction.
- Identify and report back to the company any future potential business opportunities, competitor activities and customer operational changes.
- Ensure that all follow up actions are completed to the satisfaction of the customer and the company.
- Participate, when requested, in machine delivery, demonstration and operator training ensuring effective management of time and resources.
- Assist the Branch Sales, Parts and Service Managers in any related product support matter.
Qualifications & Experience
- Qualified Heavy-Duty technician by Trade
- Service department administration and/or technical experience.
- Strong Computer Skills, with a keen interest in future technologies
- Good people management skills with an elevated level of integrity, reliability, and practicality.
- Analytical and methodical skills with focus on development.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to travel as required.

- Common sense, willingness to use initiative and ability to work unsupervised.
- Ability to analyse situations and take corrective actions.
- Excellent presentation with a professional and friendly disposition.
