The Role

The purpose of this role is to manage, support and ensure the integrity of the accounts payable processes and systems in a fast paced and high-volume environment.

Previous experience is required for this role – a minimum of 3 years of Accounts Payable experience demonstrated in similar positions within a high-volume financial administration environment. The role will also have you completing other general administrative duties as well as providing relief reception as required. Key accountabilities include:

  • Processing of invoices with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong verbal and written communication to handle internal and external queries
  • Reconciling and resolving issues
  • Well-developed analytical skills
  • Effectively manage phone calls and emails
  • Computer literate with advanced skills in MS Office
  • Working within the OHS guidelines of an office environment

About You

You aim high providing exceptional levels of service by always ensuring customer satisfaction and delivering on promises. Focused on supporting other people in your team, you have a strong attention to detail and are motivated to achieve results. You also manage priorities effectively, dealing with high workloads in a timely and efficient manner to consistently meet deadlines. A Diploma or Certificate in a Financial discipline will be highly regarded (though not essential).
