Role Overview:

As a Marketing Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting our marketing initiatives. You will use your creative skills and organisational abilities to drive results. In this fast-paced environment, you will collaborate with various internal teams to create engaging marketing materials and campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Assisting Campaign Strategy Development: Take ownership of developing comprehensive marketing strategies and campaigns that align with business objectives rather than just assisting in their execution. Digital Content, Brochures, Flyers, Product Catalogues.
2. Maintain and update the company’s website: social media platforms, and other digital assets to ensure consistent branding and messaging.
3. Data Analysis: The ability to analyse marketing performance metrics using advanced analytics tools to derive strategic insights and recommendations for future campaigns.
4. Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Assisting the Marketing Manager in collaborative efforts with various departments (e.g., sales, aftermarket, parts) to ensure alignment on marketing initiatives and gather critical insights for strategy refinement.
5. Project Management: Oversee the entire lifecycle of marketing projects, manage timelines, and ensure projects are delivered on time.
6. Event Management: Assist the Marketing Manager in planning and executing major events, promotions, and product launches, including vendor management and logistics coordination.
7. Content Strategy Development: Assisting the Marketing Manager in developing and implementing a content strategy that improves brand visibility and engagement across various channels rather than simply managing existing content and writing.
8. Mentorship and Training: Mentor and train marketing staff or interns, fostering professional development and ensuring high-quality output.
9. Conduct market research and competitive analysis: to inform marketing strategies and identify new growth opportunities.

Qualification

1. Minimum of 3-5 Years of Relevant Experience: Candidates must have a proven track record of 3 to 5 years in marketing coordination or a similar role, demonstrating their ability to succeed in a fast-paced environment. A minimum bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field is required to provide a solid foundation in marketing principles and strategies.
2. Advanced Analytical Skills: Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools, such as Google Analytics and Salesforce, to assess campaign performance and derive actionable insights.
3. Experience with Digital Marketing Strategies: A strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, and social media marketing, to effectively promote products and services.
4. Project Management Experience: Experience managing marketing projects from conception to execution, including budgeting and resource allocation.
5. Leadership Skills: Ability to lead and mentor marketing staff, fostering a collaborative team environment.
6. Strong Networking Skills: Proven ability to build relationships with external vendors, partners, and stakeholders to enhance marketing efforts.
7. Certifications: Relevant certifications in digital marketing, project management, or specific tools (e.g., Google Ads, Salesforce) that demonstrate a commitment to professional development.
