Sales Coordinator – Melbourne VIC

An opportunity exists for a dynamic, self-motivated Sales Coordinator for a 12-month contract to join our professional sales team at Campbellfield.
We are looking for an enthusiastic and flexible candidate who has experience in a similar role and industry. The ideal candidate will have excellent time management skills to ensure all tasks are completed within the agreed timeframes.
To be successful in this role you will also be required to complete the tasks listed below and display the follow attributes:
Key responsibilities include:
- Provide administrative support to State Sales Manager and team
- Registration of new & used vehicles
- Ordering of new vehicles
- Pre-Delivery process of new & used vehicles
- Ensure data in Synergy is managed and kept up to date
- M3 reporting processing
- Prepare Branch report statistics as required
- Answering incoming calls, redirecting, and ensuring communication is forwarded promptly
- Coordinate promotional goods for Sales team as required
- Provide day-to-day support to Regional Sales Managers
You will need to be able to demonstrate:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Above average computer skills, particularly with Microsoft Office
- A proven track record in customer service gained in a similar role
- Excellent attention to detail
- Possess a general understanding of the range of products we sell
- A team player with the ability to work well under pressure and to deadlines An enthusiastic can-do attitude
- Previous administration experience
- Value Safety as a priority in the workplace
