Scheduler – New Trucks

Due to a positive growth in the delivery of our premium brands of new KENWORTH and DAF trucks, we are currently looking for an experienced Scheduler to join our new trucks preparation team at our Forrestfield, WA premises.

This role will see you carrying out proactive scheduling of workshop activities from receiving customer orders to delivery. This is an exciting opportunity for anyone with the relevant skills to be involved in setting up new procedures and further developing existing processes to improve cost, quality and delivery of new trucks. The role will involve the planning of workshop resources and liaising with external suppliers in order to meet customer delivery lead times.

Your Experience & Qualifications:

To be considered for this role you need to demonstrate the following:

• Experience in practical scheduling and planning gained in a similar role in a relevant industry.
• Post school qualification in business and/or engineering discipline.
• Proficient in Microsoft applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Ability to read and develop engineering drawings is highly advantageous.
• Knowledge of Australian rules and regulations for modifying new trucks is highly advantageous.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Strong commitment to health and safety.
