Service Supervisor
Are you a mechanically minded professional with a passion for leadership? CJD Equipment are looking for a skilled Service Supervisor to join the Bunbury Team!
As the Service Supervisor, you will lead a dynamic team of mechanics and technicians to ensure that our service operations run smoothly and efficiently. Your mechanical experience will be crucial in supporting your team for any technical challenges, which you will approach hands-on.
Your ability to communicate clearly, delegate tasks effectively and manage the teams time, while also fostering a positive and safe work environment, will see you be successful in this role!
Skills required for the role:
- A commitment to safety, with the ability to lead by example and drive a positive safety culture.
- Trade qualification; this could be heavy vehicle, plant or light vehicle.
- Relevant experience in a service supervisor role in a hands-on operational environment.
- Ability to demonstrate the capability to efficiently and profitably manage a service department.
- Effective time management skills, with strong leadership skills to direct and support a busy service team.
- Class C licence (a must)
- HR / MC licence (desirable)
- Forklift licence (not essential, but can obtain)
