Truck Technicians – WORKSHOP

CJD’s has kicked off 2025 with the opening of the new PD building and were ready provide more service to our customers, so we need more Technicians!

We’re in the process of building an outstanding team of technicians for our Service department

If you’re a Truck Technician wanting to become part of a great team of dedicated professionals, who has a passion for the big Trucks (the famous KENWORTH & DAF Trucks) then we want to hear from you.

At CJD our truck technicians work hard and enjoy investigating what the issues are and solving them, their expert knowledge in all mechanical repairs and services makes our team some of the best in the west.

A day in the job will see you: 

• Working on KENWORTH and DAF TRUCKS
• Diagnosing, servicing and repairing to customer & CJD standards
• Using computer-based service diagnostics and utilising your knowledge of parts
• Maintaining exceptional standards of safety and quality workmanship

Your application will go to the top of our shortlist if you have: 

• Australian recognised Heavy Diesel Motor Mechanic trade certificate
• Experience performing maintenance, service, repairs, and rebuilds of heavy vehicles and carrying our electrical diagnostics and repairs
• A proactive attitude toward safety – you want to get home in one piece and we want you to as well!
• Experience with PC programs and equipment diagnostic programs
• Previous experience in Transport (HV) and/or Earthmoving equipment
• A stellar attitude and top-notch communication skills
