Warehouse / Store Person – Brisbane, QLD
CJD Equipment are seeking an experienced Warehouse / Storeperson to join our Brisbane Branch at Acacia Ridge.
Your daily tasks will see you assisting our busy Workshop / Parts departments in all aspects of warehousing and distribution of truck and construction machinery parts.
This is a great opportunity to become a part of a long-standing national business servicing the transport and construction industries and to work with market-leading brands such as Volvo, Kenworth and DAF.
Daily responsibilities:
- Pick and pack customer orders for collection, delivery or dispatch
- Organise dispatch for both local and interstate freight
- Receiving incoming freight including stock orders, and receipting into inventory system
- Putting away incoming stock and assigning to pending customer orders
- Liaising with multiple courier companies and adhering to courier pick up deadlines
- Maintaining a clean and functional warehouse
Ideally, you will have:
- Current drivers licence and forklift licence
- Experience in a fast-paced, hands-on role
- Experience working in a spare parts environment (advantageous)
- Strong commitment to health and safety
- Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and willing to obtain a current police clearance
