Warehouse / Store Person

CJD Equipment are currently seeking an experienced Warehouse / Store Person to join our highly motivated Guildford Branch! This is a great opportunity to join a market-leading national business who will support you to develop and grow your skills and build a career in warehousing.

With exposure to brands such as VOLVO & SDLG Construction Equipment, this role incorporates all facets of warehousing, including both the physical and administrative aspects of receiving, picking and dispatching items as required.

Other duties include:

• Pick and pack customer orders for pickup, delivery or dispatch
• Organise dispatch for both local and interstate freight
• Receiving incoming freight including stock orders, and receipting into inventory system
• Putting away incoming stock and assigning to pending customer orders
• Liaising with multiple courier companies and adhering to courier pick up deadlines
• Maintaining a clean and functional warehouse
• Local parts delivery and collection when required

Ideally, you will have:

• A safety focus, with a positive attitude and drive to succeed in the role
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in the use of computer programs (outlook, excel, word)
• The ability to work well under pressure and be a team player
• A forklift licence (recommended but not essential)
• Current Drivers Licence
• Ability to complete a pre-employment medical and provide a Police Clearance
