CJD are seeking an Accounting Clerk to join our Administration team based at our Melbourne branch in Campbellfield.

This is a varied role suited to someone who enjoys accounts work while also providing administrative and front‑of‑house support in a professional office environment.

Key Responsibilities

To be successful in this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing email inboxes for administration and accounts

  • Providing administrative assistance to the Finance & Administration Manager

  • Receiving, screening, and forwarding all incoming calls in a professional manner

  • Welcoming all visitors and clients in a warm, friendly, and professional manner

  • Maintaining stationery and office supplies

  • Assisting with general administration and reception duties as required

About You

  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)

  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills

  • A professional and approachable manner

  • Ability to manage competing priorities in a busy office environment

  • Previous experience in an accounting or administration role will be highly regarded

  • A driver’s licence (or currently in the process of obtaining one) would be an advantage.
