CJD Equipment is seeking a Field Service Supervisor to lead our field service operations across the Wodonga and Bendigo region, based from our Wodonga Branch.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead, coach, and support field service technicians across the region.

Coordinate and schedule field service repairs, maintenance, and breakdown work.

Provide technical guidance and assistance to technicians when required.

Prepare and review job costings to ensure accurate and timely invoicing.

Liaise with customers, technicians, suppliers, and internal teams to deliver outstanding service.

Ensure all work is completed safely and in line with manufacturer standards.

Support day-to-day branch operations, including helping keep the Wodonga branch running smoothly when the Parts Supervisor is unavailable.

Promote a positive, safe, and high-performing team culture.
Required Skills and Experience:

Relevant trade qualification and industry experience.

Previous leadership or supervisory experience in a service environment.

Strong mechanical and diagnostic skills.

Experience with job costing, scheduling, and service administration.

Excellent communication, organisation, and problem-solving abilities.

Strong computer skills and attention to detail.
-
Experience with Volvo Construction Equipment or similar products is highly regarded.
