Are you passionate about shaping future generations and supporting people on their career journeys? CJD Equipment are currently seeking a driven and dedicated individual to join our team as a Training Coordinator.

Reporting to the National HSE & Training Manager, you’ll work collaboratively to deliver high-impact learning and development programs across our national footprint. A key focus of this role will be leading our Apprenticeship, Traineeship, and Cadetship programs, ensuring the success of our up-and-coming talent.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide training support to CJD Equipment branches, particularly for Apprentices, Trainees, and Cadets.
  • Facilitate apprentice and trainee inductions and ensure consistent onboarding experiences.
  • Liaise with branches, managers, and supervisors to ensure new-to-industry employees receive appropriate support, guidance, and on-the-job development.
  • Work in collaboration with the HSE and Training team to assist branches to deliver effective outcomes for new-to-industry employees.
  • Actively promote and foster a culture of continuous learning and development across the organisation.
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels, promoting best practice and positive outcomes for all learning and development initiatives.
  • Liaise closely with RTOs to understand training and competency requirements for apprentices.
  • Review apprentice RTO feedback, results, and logbooks and help branches adapt workplace training as required.
  • Maintain accurate training records and support the delivery of the broader training agenda, including events, reporting, and feedback analysis.

About You:

  • Prior experience in a similar training or development role, particularly involving apprenticeships or traineeships.
  • A Certificate IV in Training and Assessment.
  • Apprenticeships, Traineeships, Training and RTO/TAFE knowledge across all states and territories of Australia.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite – especially Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • High levels of initiative, organisation, and attention to detail.
    Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships across varied stakeholder groups.
