CJD Equipment is seeking an experienced HSE Coordinator to support our Western Australia and Northern Territory operations!

Based at our Forrestfield branch, you’ll partner closely with our Perth metro, regional WA and NT teams through regular site visits and proactive engagement to strengthen safety across the business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote a strong safety‑first culture

  • Support ongoing improvement of HSE Management Systems

  • Collect, analyse and investigate safety and environmental data

  • Conduct inspections, audits and assist with incident investigations

  • Deliver safety presentations, toolbox talks and training support

  • Work with branch leaders to ensure HSE compliance

  • Report key HSE performance metrics and improvement actions

  • Support emergency management planning and preparedness

  • Assist with developing and reviewing IMS documentation

What You’ll Bring:

  • Certificate IV in WHS/OHS or relevant tertiary qualification (essential)

  • Previous HSE or environmental experience

  • Experience with safety software and digital reporting tools

  • Strong skills in investigations, inspections and audits

  • Knowledge of Australian WHS and environmental legislation

  • Confident communicator and presenter

  • Ability to travel to branches (approx. twice per year)

  • Current driver’s licence

  • Ability to meet pre‑employment medical and D&A requirements

  • Certificate IV in Training & Assessment (desirable)
