We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced IT Service Delivery Manager to join and lead our friendly service desk team in our National Office in South Guildford WA. This leadership position will have you ‘hands-on’ in the department overseeing the delivery of technology services across the CJD business, ensuring that the service desk functions are appropriate, available and add business value. This role also leads the ITIL service desk function ensuring that issues and requests for services are delivered accordingly.

About the Role

 

  • Ensures ICT services are delivered according to defined standards

  • Triages all support requests and issues taking responsibility for Level 3 problems

  • Provides leadership to the service desk team and wider technology function

  • Manages all service desk processes and the scheduling of resources to meet demand

  • Advocates and implements ITIL practice across the organisation and within the technology team

  • Acts as a point of escalation for disputes, issues, and problems

  • Reports on service performance and compiles service metrics

  • Ensures compliance with all company HSE

Qualifications & Experience

  • Tertiary qualifications in Computing, Computer Science, IT, Management Information Systems or related field. (or relevant industry experience)

  • Ability to prioritise, delegate and inspire team members

  • Previous experience within a Microsoft hybrid cloud operating environment

  • Able to think critically and resolve complex service delivery issues
