Are you an organised and proactive parts professional with a passion for inventory management, logistics, and delivering exceptional service? CJD Equipment is seeking a National Parts Procurer to join our team at our Guildford Head Office.

Reporting to the National Parts Manager, you will be responsible for the cataloguing, procurement, inventory management, and distribution of special product option parts across our national branch network.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and maintain part numbers for locally sourced special product option items.

  • Procure special product option parts and coordinate supplier orders.

  • Manage inventory levels and replenishment across CJD branches nationwide.

  • Arrange distribution of parts and in-house manufactured hoses to branches as required.

  • Monitor stock movements and purchasing requirements through the company DMS.

  • Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and availability of stock.

  • Source cost-effective purchasing solutions through regular supplier reviews.

  • Maintain accurate catalogue and inventory records.

About You:

  • Experience in parts procurement, inventory control, logistics, warehousing, or a dealership environment.

  • Strong attention to detail with a methodical and analytical approach.

  • Good mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and computer-based inventory systems.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Professional, customer-focused, and able to build strong working relationships.

  • A collaborative team player who performs well in a fast-paced environment.

  • Current Australian driver's licence and ability to meet the physical requirements of the role.

  • High School Certificate or higher qualification.
