CJD Equipment has a fantastic opportunity at our Brisbane branch located in Acacia Ridge, as we seek to recruit a Parts Interpreter.
This opportunity will allow you to further develop your career in Parts Interpreting, gaining experience with world class products such as Volvo CE.
You will be primarily responsible for providing professional service to customers and workshop employees in identifying, sourcing, and selling of parts.
Other duties include –

Ensure timely supply of parts through the procurement, receival and dispatch process

Prepare invoices and other finance arrangements for the sale of stock.

Participate in stocktaking activities as required

Manage the customer and supplier return stock processes in accordance with company guidelines

Identify and solve problems, where appropriate, introduce new and improved processes
Ideally, you will have -

Excellent customer service skills
-
An ability to work as part of a team and work well under pressure

Enjoy working in a sales environment

A high level of self-motivation and time management
-
Good computer skills with Microsoft-based applications

Have a current driver's licence, forklift licence would be highly regarded (but not essential)

Parts Interpreting experience in Heavy Machinery / Truck or Car industry – (Highly advantageous, but not essential)
