About the Role
Reporting to the State Parts Manager, you’ll be responsible for providing professional support to both customers and our workshop teams through accurate parts interpretation, sourcing, and sales.
What You’ll Be Doing

Identify, source, and sell parts to customers and internal technicians

Ensure efficient procurement, receival, and dispatch of parts

Prepare invoices and manage finance arrangements for stock sales

Build strong relationships with customers and internal teams

Participate in annual stocktakes and manage customer/supplier returns

Recommend improvements and contribute to continuous process enhancements

Achieve set sales targets while delivering outstanding customer service
What You’ll Bring

Excellent time management and organisational skills

Solid computer competency (Microsoft applications)

Current driver’s licence (forklift licence highly regarded)

Previous parts interpreting experience in construction equipment, trucks, or automotive (highly advantageous)
