As the Receptionist based at CJD Trucks, you’ll be the heartbeat of our front office, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and providing top-notch support to our Administration Manager.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Greeting visitors and clients with warmth and professionalism

  • Managing busy switchboard and directing calls with ease

  • Handling email inboxes for admin and accounts

  • Keeping our office stocked and organised with supplies

  • Manager travel arrangement - flights, accommodation, car hire etc.

  • Support accounts payable tasks including processing supplier invoices

  • Assist with the weekly payroll administration

  • Provide support and assistance to the State Finance & Administration Manager

  • Maintaining internal contact lists and processing leave requests

What We’re Looking For:

  • A friendly, polished communicator (both verbal and written)

  • Previous experience in a similar admin or reception role

  • Strong Microsoft Office skills

  • A team player who thrives under pressure and can manage more than one task at a time!

  • Professional presentation and a proactive positive attitude

  • A current driver’s licence (or working towards one)
