As the Receptionist based at CJD Trucks, you’ll be the heartbeat of our front office, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and providing top-notch support to our Administration Manager.
What You’ll Be Doing:

Greeting visitors and clients with warmth and professionalism

Managing busy switchboard and directing calls with ease

Handling email inboxes for admin and accounts

Keeping our office stocked and organised with supplies
-
Manager travel arrangement - flights, accommodation, car hire etc.

Support accounts payable tasks including processing supplier invoices

Assist with the weekly payroll administration
-
Provide support and assistance to the State Finance & Administration Manager

Maintaining internal contact lists and processing leave requests
What We’re Looking For:

A friendly, polished communicator (both verbal and written)

Previous experience in a similar admin or reception role

Strong Microsoft Office skills

A team player who thrives under pressure and can manage more than one task at a time!

Professional presentation and a proactive positive attitude

A current driver’s licence (or working towards one)
