CJD’s Port Hedland Branch is seeking a Service Advisor to join our team! If you enjoy administration, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and want to be part of a supportive team, this could be the role for you.

As a Service Advisor, you’ll provide essential support to our service department, from raising workshop PO’s to processing manufacturer warranty claims. It’s a busy and rewarding position where no two days are the same.

This is not a FIFO position, residential position

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate customer bookings, raise work requests, and manage site access and mobilisation administration.

  • Prepare and maintain the weekly workshop calendar, training schedule, and work order documentation.

  • Monitor work in progress, update customers, and manage phone enquiries.

  • Collate parts lists, raise workshop purchase orders, and process warranty documentation.

  • Finalise invoicing once work orders are signed off by the Supervisor.

  • Provide general administrative support for workshop requests, contractors, and inspections.

To be successful, you’ll need:

  • Proven experience as a Service Advisor or in a similar role within the automotive or heavy equipment industry

  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and ERP software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Pronto)

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • High level of professionalism and well-presented with a friendly, approachable manner

  • Ability to work under pressure, juggle multiple tasks, and maintain attention to detail

  • A collaborative team player who provides great service to both internal and external customers

  • A current driver’s licence
