CJD Equipment is looking for a proactive and customer‑focused Service Advisor to join our busy service team in Smeaton Grange, NSW.

Reporting to the State Service Manager, you’ll play a key role in keeping our service department running smoothly while continuing to grow your skills in a supportive, professional environment.

Responsibilities include -

  • Process workshop labour and costs in our system

  • Manage customer bookings and prepare service invoices

  • Handle invoicing for service, maintenance contracts, and daily work

  • Assist with ordering and managing parts for service jobs

  • Keep documentation accurate and up to date

  • Maintain a professional presentation

  • Work occasional overtime, including some Saturday mornings

Qualifications, Qualities and Experience -

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Confident computer skills, including Microsoft Office

  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask

  • Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment

  • A current Australian driver’s licence

  • Previous experience as a Service Advisor or within an automotive service team

  • A strong team‑focused attitude
