CJD Equipment is looking for a proactive and customer‑focused Service Advisor to join our busy service team in Smeaton Grange, NSW.
Reporting to the State Service Manager, you’ll play a key role in keeping our service department running smoothly while continuing to grow your skills in a supportive, professional environment.
Responsibilities include -

Process workshop labour and costs in our system

Manage customer bookings and prepare service invoices

Handle invoicing for service, maintenance contracts, and daily work

Assist with ordering and managing parts for service jobs

Keep documentation accurate and up to date

Maintain a professional presentation

Work occasional overtime, including some Saturday mornings
Qualifications, Qualities and Experience -

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Confident computer skills, including Microsoft Office

Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask
-
Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment

A current Australian driver’s licence
-
Previous experience as a Service Advisor or within an automotive service team
