What You’ll Be Doing

Lead, coach, and support a high-performing workshop team

Oversee daily operations, scheduling, and customer communication

Track performance, manage costs, and optimise labour efficiency

Champion safety, compliance, and a clean, organised workplace

Drive continuous improvement and team development

Build strong relationships with customers, staff, and contractors
What You’ll Bring

Trade qualification as a heavy-duty mechanic (or equivalent)

Proven leadership experience in a hands-on workshop environment

Current driver’s licence (HR licence advantageous)

Strong communication and mentoring ability

Solid computer skills and attention to detail
