What You’ll Be Doing:

Lead and support workshop staff to deliver high-quality service

Manage daily operations, job scheduling, and customer communication

Monitor workshop performance, costs, and labour efficiency

Ensure safety, compliance, and clean work environments

Drive continuous improvement and team development

Maintain strong relationships with clients, staff, and subcontractors
What You’ll Bring:

Trade qualified heavy-duty mechanic or equivalent

Proven workshop or people management experience in a hands-on environment

Current driver’s licence (HR licence advantageous)

Strong communication and mentoring skills

Computer literacy and attention to detail

Physically capable of meeting role demands
