CJD Equipment has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Service Manager to join CJD Trucks in Forrestfield, WA, as the State Service Manager.
CJD Trucks represent world-class products from Paccar, being the Australian-made, market leading iconic Kenworth Truck together with one of Europe’s leading truck brands, DAF, throughout Western Australia.
This leadership role will be reporting to the General Manager - CJD Trucks WA and your primary responsibilities will be to lead and mentor a motivated service team to achieve outstanding results.
Key responsibilities include:

Engaging with customers and staff to deliver an outstanding experience

Ensuring efficient and profitable operation of the Service Department

Building and maintaining relationships with all key stakeholders of the business

Ensuring a safe work environment for the team by maintaining best practices

Developing efficient processes and standards in both workshop operations and customer service

Leading workshop and call out operations to ensure safe, timely and high-quality repairs and truck servicing

Overseeing warranty processes, compliance, quality standards and continuous improvement initiatives

Ensuring dealership NPS (CSI)score benchmarks are achieved and maintained
