We have a fantastic opportunity in our busy Alice Springs branch as we seek to recruit a Warehouse/Store person.

This is a great opportunity to become part of a market leading national business servicing the transport and construction industries.

Working as a member of our team, you will be an important part of the daily operations and be exposed to all aspects of warehousing, with the role crossing into parts interpreting tasks as required. In this role, your key responsibilities include general warehouse and workshop activities including yearly stock takes, cycle count, pick and pack, store and dispatch of orders whilst ensuring system inventory accuracy and targets are met or exceeded.

  • The ability to work with a close team

  • Some knowledge in construction equipment or trucks work be an advantage

  • Customer service skills

  • Be self-motivated and reliable individual

  • Willingness to learn

  • Have excellent organisational skills and high attention to detail

  • Contribute to workplace health and safety hazard identification and risk assessment

  • Current NT driver's license

  • A current forklift license would be an advantage

  • Local parts delivery and collection when required

  • Ability to complete a pre-employment medical and provide a Police Clearance
