CJD Trucks, based in Forrestfield, is on the lookout for an experienced and detail-driven Warranty Officer to become an integral part of our busy service team!
This is not your average desk job – it’s a fast-paced, high-energy role where accuracy and efficiency are key. Reporting directly to the Service Manager, you’ll be the go-to expert for processing warranty claims through the PACCAR system, ensuring everything runs smoothly and on time.

What You’ll Be Doing

Managing and processing warranty claims with precision and speed.

Assisting branches with accurate data and documentation for submissions.

Supervising and supporting manufacturer representatives during audits.

Reconciling warranty accounts and maintaining compliance.

Championing CJD’s safety and environmental standards.
What We’re Looking For

Experience with online warranty claim systems (preferred but not essential).

Strong analytical skills and solid computer literacy.

Excellent organisational and administrative abilities.

Background in dealership or truck-related industries (advantageous).

Outstanding communication skills – both written and verbal.

A mechanical understanding of heavy commercial trucks will set you apart.
