CJD Equipment are looking for a switched-on and experienced Workshop Mechanic to join our Burnie, Tasmania Branch!
If you’re keen on varied, hands-on work and want to be part of a solid, down-to-earth team, this could be the move you’ve been looking for.
You’ll be working on leading Kenworth, DAF and Volvo Construction Equipment in a modern, well-equipped workshop, where quality work and team support go hand in hand.
What you’ll be doing:

Diagnosing, servicing and repairing to high standards

Using computer-based diagnostics alongside your mechanical skills

Maintaining a strong focus on safety, quality and workmanship
What you’ll bring:

Australian-recognised trade qualification in heavy diesel or plant mechanics

Experience in maintenance, servicing, repairs or rebuilds
-
Confidence with electrical diagnostics
-
A strong safety mindset and reliable work ethic
-
Ability to use diagnostic tools and basic computer systems
-
Good communication skills and a practical, can-do approach

Valid driver’s licence and full Australian work rights
