Working with industry-leading Volvo Construction Equipment, you'll lead a skilled team of technicians, coordinate workshop operations, and ensure every repair is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standard.

Key Responsibilities

Provide day-to-day leadership and support to the workshop team

Coordinate subcontractors and schedule work effectively

Manage and pre-order parts and materials to minimise downtime

Ensure all repairs and maintenance work meet OEM and company standards

Maintain a safe, organised, and productive workshop environment

Assist with troubleshooting and resolving technical challenges

Deliver outstanding customer service through clear communication and timely updates
