Training and Apprentices
CJD Trucks Forrestfield invests in the disciplined development of heavy vehicle technicians through structured apprenticeship and technical training pathways.
Apprentices gain direct, workshop-based experience across DAF Trucks platforms and Cummins powertrains, working under senior technicians within one of Perth’s established truck service operations. Training is applied, standards-led, and aligned with OEM specifications.
The objective is clear: develop technicians who understand the consequences of uptime, compliance and lifecycle performance, and who can sustain Western Australia’s freight task with capability earned on the floor, not assumed.
