TRP Bibra Lake Named Global TRP Store of the Year

PACCAR Parts awarded TRP Bibra Lake, Western Australia, the 2022 Global TRP Store of the Year, recognising disciplined growth across retail, wholesale and fleet sales performance.

Owned and operated by CJD Equipment, the branch established itself as a strategic service hub for Fremantle and surrounding freight corridors following its 2021 opening. Performance was underpinned by structured application of PACCAR Fleet Services and Managed Dealer Inventory programs, strengthening stock control, customer retention and fleet uptime outcomes.

The award was presented by Damian Smethurst to CJD Managing Director Alan Barnett and Parts Manager Vincent Offenbaker, acknowledging operational execution, leadership accountability and sustained customer focus.

This recognition reflects measurable performance within a global network, achieved through adherence to standards, commercial discipline, and an embedded understanding of Western Australia’s freight task.
