The Allison 6-speed automatic transmissions eliminate shifting and help reduce fatigue. A favourite of drivers the world over, the Allison is available on all of our FY Series trucks.

The ISRI 6860 driver’s seat is the CEO of air-suspension seating. Ergonomic and safety features include an integrated seatbelt with pre-tensioner, head restraint, dual-stage air lumbar/lateral support, integrated pneumatic system, adjustable shock-absorber, and body-hugging upholstery from head to knee. The new seat uses ventilation and heating to keep drivers comfortable in any season, along with an armrest on selected models to reduce driving fatigue.

The MyIsuzu Co-Pilot multimedia system features a 10.1-inch touch screen, Apple CarPlay, Android Auto, and digital stations. Navigate through the menu, or for even greater convenience and safety, use voice controls for Apple CarPlay and Android Auto. Hands-free Bluetooth and truck-specific navigation are standard, and a wireless phone charger is now included across all FV, FX and FY models.

Tilts and telescopes at a touch, so you’ll readily arrive at a driving position that’s still comfortable at the end of a long shift. A smaller steering wheel with dynamic steering now comes standard on all FV, FX and FY models - and that’s just one of Isuzu’s clever comforting touches.

After a hard shift, have a lie down in the handy sleeper bunk. Available in some FY Series models, they comply with ADR 42 and include mattress.

Whether you like it hot or need to keep your cool, the Automatic Climate Control system monitors the interior cabin temperature and sunlight intensity, and will heat or cool the cabin to your pre‑set temperature.

With a smaller diameter for easier handling and controls for the MID, safety systems, cruise control and AV unit, the new FY Series steering wheel is made for a smoother and more enjoyable drive.

The new Digital Instrument Cluster offers increased centre storage space, easier access for maintenance and the installation of advanced items.

The all-new FY Series features a full colour, user‑friendly 7” display between the speedometer and tachometer.

Standard across all FY Series, the system makes reversing safer, lets you check your trailer while driving forward, works in low light at night, and includes a microphone for external audio

All FY models are equipped with the full range of mirror classes. This includes ClassV and Class VI for blind spots around the left and front of the vehicle.

Applicable for all FX and FY

We use Michelin X Multi Z2 steer tyres, and X Multi D drive tyres so you can drive safely every day, in every condition. Featuring a selfregenerating tread design for better vehicle control, reinforced tread plies to help reduce risk of sudden pressure loss, and strengthened bead endurance to handle long-distance, high-speed drives.

Meritor steer and drive axles are the benchmark for heavy trucks. Fitted to all FY Series models, Meritor offers high capacity and driver-controlled cross locks to keep you from getting stuck.

Our innovative new headlamp design offers improved nighttime visibility with a larger area of illumination and Bi-LED beam.

DRL is a strip of light integrated into the truck’s headlamps that is turned on while driving with headlights off for extra visibility in all conditions.

No more rummaging around for your key. PESS uses proximity sensors to detect the location of your truck’s key fob and allows you to lock and unlock the vehicle’s doors and start the engine without using a key. Available on all models except Crew Cab.

AWS uses a rain sensor to automatically wipe the windshield when needed and vary the frequency of the wipe, depending on the amount of rain detected. The level of raindrop sensitivity can be adjusted and, while AWS is operating, the wiper will be set to high if the sensor detects water splashed by an oncoming vehicle.

ALS monitors exterior light levels and automatically turns on the headlights and tail-lights if needed. 

Our new cabin glass keeps you comfortable and protects your skin by lowering the cabin temperature and reducing UV damage with up to 59% infrared ray protection and 99% ultraviolet ray protection in the windscreen and up to 90% ultraviolet ray protection in the door and backlight glass.
