EaaS is a bundled performance service—usage/term-based machine access plus maintenance, connected services and agreed service levels—rather than simply paying to hire an asset.

Can I scale up or down during the contract?
Yes—subject to your agreement. We review utilisation and can adjust machines, hours or options to match your pipeline.

How are hours measured?
Via telematics and on-machine systems. You’ll see hours and utilisation in your dashboard and monthly reports.

What about maintenance and parts?
Scheduled maintenance is included. Additional coverage (e.g., extended hours, wear parts) can be added to suit your site and duty cycle.

Is EaaS available for hybrid or electric machines?
Yes, where the duty cycle and site infrastructure are suitable. We’ll assess feasibility and include support in your plan.

What happens at the end of the term?
You can renew, change the plan or transition out. We’ll conduct a close-out review and set up the next phase.

How do we get pricing?
