Product Support Representative

You will play an integral part of the business, offering specialised product support to our Service Team and customers (existing and new). This role will require some intra-state travel, with flexibility to suit your lifestyle, where you will provide after-market support and hands-on technical support to our customers. There is also a sales aspect to the role, but we can provide you with all the training and support you require to be successful in this area!

What you need to be successful in the role:
- a focus on safety in the workplace for yourself and your work mates
- Appropriate trade qualifications with 3 years’ hands-on experience with Plant equipment (construction)
- Technical knowledge in earth moving machinery and products (Volvo CE experience is highly regarded)
- A proven track record in product support in the construction industry (or similar industry preferred)
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers, key suppliers, Industry and Government departments
- Ability to conduct training for customers and mentor staff
- Neat presentation with a professional and friendly disposition
- Ability to work well in a team
- Excellent computer skills
- Current driver’s licence
- Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug and alcohol test
